Functions
- works with the Board of Directors in determining the scientific themes for each coming conference
- manages and coordinates the activities of the different Task Forces
- maintains the IMCAS radar screen of strategic and priority issues and organizational assignments
- reviews the process annually and makes recommendations for changes, adjustments, training etc.
Objectives
- to assure the rigor and efficiency of the process
- to work out a development strategy for IMCAS
