2. What is a symposium?
During this session (a 1-hour or 2-hour length time), your firm will be developing the results of the studies your company is involved with.
The content of those symposia, presented as being supported by the firms, is entirely under the responsibility of the company.
In order to enhance the educational experience, it is highly recommended to combine various teaching supports, knowing that 1 to 6 speakers in total could be lecturing during those sessions:
- powerpoint lectures,
- videos,
- onsite focused treatments displayed and performed by the practitioners in front of our delegates (Nota: in case the local legislation does not authorize on site live demonstration, videos can instead be projected and commented with similar learning impact.)
If you wish to sponsor a SYMPOSIUM, download our product form.
- Exhibitors must ensure that their products displayed, exposed or utilized during the event are legally approved within the country in which the conference is held.
- Any medical act performed during the event shall be executed or supervised by medical doctors qualified to do so within the country in which the conference is held.
3. What is a 20-min live demonstration?
Your firm will be alloted with a 20-minute time slot dedicated to live demonstrations performed by the practitioner of your choice on the topic/treatment of your choice.
In order to enhance the educational experience:
- successive 20-minute live demonstrations are proposed to the audience within a whole session entirely dedicated to this learning experience,
- live demonstrations are gathered by topic: i.e. fillers, threads, ultrasounds, IPL, peelings, combined treatments, etc.
- live demonstrations, performed by one practitioner on one patient, last 18 minutes. The two minutes left are dedicated to the patient set up.
If you wish to sponsor a LIVE DEMO, download our product form.

4. What about your practitioner(s)?
- The practitioner must present him/herself upon arrival at the 'Faculty / Speaker' welcome desk to get a badge speaker "sympo or live demo or new technologies"
- This free badge will give him/her access to the conference room in which the demonstration or lecture is given. If he/she wants to attend scientific sessions or come back another day of the conference, registration and payment of registration fees will be necessary. Exact access can be checked here
- To perform a demo on a living patient, the practitioner:
- should be either a physician board certified within the country in which the congress takes place
- or if not the case:
- he/she should apply for a visiting license OR

6. What about the product(s) to be utilized during live demonstrations?
To perform a live demonstration (during your symposium or your 20-min live demo), two possibilities:
- either your product(s) are legally approved under the hosting country law; therefore, the demonstration can be performed using your registered product(s)
- or your product(s) are in the process to be approved or not approved yet. In that case:
- a video can be used and commented by one of your KOL speakers; a power point document can be added to complete the presentation,
- simulated demonstration on model can be performed; your practitioner pretends to use the product(s) and comments his / her medical acts
