EXHIBITING?
Exhibitors must ensure that their products displayed, exposed or utilized during the event are legally approved under the HONG KONG law.
You have therefore the following choices:
- either exhibit products that are already registered in HONG KONG, the aim being that the registered doctors can buy the product in HONG KONG afterwards through a registered distributor
- or present studies of the product to be soon registered. In that case, the product by itself will not be available in "real" but only through brochures or flyers.
SELLING?
Any purchase made by the attendee should be done in exchange of a registered invoice, meaning that your company must be legally registered in HONG KONG. If this is not the case, a local distributor is the solution.

Option 1 -> during a symposium or/and a live demonstration?
Please check the corresponding chapter of 'Focus on Symposium and live demonstration' here.
Option 2 -> on your booth?
