Objectives: Tattoos can be selected with different colors and textures, but sometimes they can be forced.
in this presentation we will discuss the approach for different types of tattoos ,
emphasizing on traumatic tattoos.

Introduction: •Traumatic tattoos are most often characterized not only by scaring but also with pigmentation from accidental deposits of intradermal pigmented particles.
•Main causes : traffic accidents , fireworks or gunpowder explosions.
The challenge is double: clearance of the traumatic tattoos and improvement of the skin texture
•The best strategy is to prevent traumatic tattoo formation by immediately removing the foreign particles before the healing process begins.
•However, in many cases its impossible to remove completely the foreign particles.

Conclusion: In this presentation we will discuss the current methods of the tattoo removal and the scar improvement.
