Objectives: Options for treatment of Ectropion will be presented. The evaluation and choice of procedure are the learning objectives

Introduction: Ectropion of the lower eyelid id a serious complication following blepharoplasty. Untreated it may lead to cornel ulcers which may lead to vision problems

Materials / method: Case presentation of severe ectropion

Results: Successful treatment with Drill Hole Canthoplasty and spacer graft.

Conclusion: Several options for correction of Ectropion are available. Choice of surgical procedure is related to the severity of the problem and physical findings in the eyelid

Objectives: Objectives: We are presenting a new technique for the treatment of Entropion, using a fat grafting.

Introduction: Entropion is a uncommon pathology of lower eyelid. It's treatment not always is efficient ( Botox, Surgery, Corticosteroids )

Materials / method: Were treated patients over 70 years old. Was used fat grafting as a unique treatment. Correction of entropion was seen inmediately. And a 5 years follow up its correction is still with good results

Results: 3 and 5 years after treatment using a fat grafting , the anatomy of lower eyelid mantein it's correction

Conclusion: Our technique , in some patients, was a better alternative tan the surgical open thechnique. Is a easy technique and the results were manteined with long term follow-up ( 5 years )
