Steven R COHEN

Steven R. Cohen MD, FACS is medical director of FACES+ Aesthetic Facility in La Jolla, California. Dr. Cohen is a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Diego and is Director of Craniofacial Surgery at Rady Children's Hospital. He is the co-director of the Multidisciplinary Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at UCSD and has authored over 150 articles in the medical literature. He has served on the editorial boards of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, the Annals of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is an inventor, businessperson and artist. He is a founder of LeonardoMD, Inc., one of the first medical cloud computing companies and his paintings are in numerous private collections. Dr. Cohen has been a pioneer in the use of adult stem cell therapies in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
