Registration guidelines


Registration options

  • Register online using this web platform
    In this case, a secure payment will be processed either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), bank transfer or Alipay.

    This option should be used only if you cannot register online.

Registration is available until:

  • For payment by bank transfer: 17th March 2017
  • For payment by credit card / Alipay: 22nd March 2017


Conference admission

Admission is by badge only. An adult must accompany children under the age of 16. To get access to the conference rooms, one can register for a full access badge (Doctor or Industry or Medical Resident) or for a partial access (Professional bodies or Accompanying person - both require supporting documents).

Industry representatives can register for the conference under industry exhibitor (your company is exhibiting or you are a distributor of the exhibiting company for this latest) and access the exhibition hall and sponsored sessions. Registration has to be done through your company’s IMCAS exhibitor account. Please contact the company you belong to.


Methods of payment

    Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express
  • By bank transfer
    Once your online registration is completed, you will be emailed a pro forma document bearing our bank data and an online registration ID. Money has to reach our account within the 72 following hours. Your registration will only be validated then. Be careful: if money does not reach our bank account within the requested 72 following hours, the registration will be cancelled and you will have to redo the whole process again.

Registration cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing.
Cancellation requests received BEFORE 31st January 2017: 70% of the registration fees will be refunded.
Cancellation requests received AFTER 31st January 2017: there will be no refund.


Force majeure

The event may be moved to a different date, cancelled altogether or the time frame changed as a result of incidents beyond anyone's control, extenuating circumstances out of the control of IMCAS (such as but not limited to general strike, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations which prevent performance of the contract) or acts-of-God (such as but not limited to epidemics, floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes or other convulsions of nature and other acts). The registration remains binding in the event of a time change or extensions or because of a cancellation caused by, or resulting from, directly or indirectly a Force Majeure (as such term is defined in the preceding sentence). The registrant has no right to regress if the event has been moved to a different date, a different time frame or cancelled entirely as set forth herein.
