Dr. Goksel obtained is MD degree at the Istambul University of Medicine. He is a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery Association of Turkey, Turkish Rhinology Society, European Society of Rhinology, Turkish Otorhinolaryngology Foundation and member of the Istanbul Medical Chamber.
