Croquis enters South East Asian market with i-SWAM

February 16th, 2021
Samyang Biopharm will be promoting the excellence of its medical aesthetic thread brand Croquis in South East Asian market.

Samyang Biopharm participated in an online international aesthetic congress called i-SWAM on the 28th, to share recent trends in thread lifting with its brand Croquis.
Croquis refers to the line drawing technique that quickly describes an object or person in a short period of time. Based on such motive, Croquis provides a natural look to its users.

Marking its 11th year, i-SWAM is a leading international congress in South East Asia with more than 3,500 participants from all over the world. Due to COVID-19, however, this year’s congress will be held online until the 30th.

Samyang Biopharm promoted the excellence of Croquis by showing a video demonstration during the webinar. Dr. Hosung Choi(President of Piena Clinic, South Korea) introduced various thread lift techniques using Croquis to achieve optimal results ranging from beginner level to advanced level.

“Indonesian market has great potentials for growth in medical aesthetic”, said an official from Samyang Biopharm, and added that “Samyang is planning to spread the safety and efficacy of Croquis through non-contact academic marketing with Indonesia as the cornerstone.”.

Despite its somewhat late entry into the market, Croquis has overcome the barriers with evidence-based marketing strategy, which has helped to increase the mutual trust with its partners. While many thread brands focused on showing the difference between pre and post-op, Samyang is putting utmost effort in gathering scientific data to prove the close relationship between rheological components of threads and the clinical results.
