Para los que no tenemos PDL podemos hacer ese manejo vascular del queloide con algun otro laser?
Para Dr. Galvan en hipopigmentación el láser excimero no funcionó. Tendría sentido utilizar tx como en vitiligo con khellina/UVA o UVBBE dado que la posibilidad de permanencia es muy alta?
