Michelle Hines, Ph.D. is the Director of Global Upstream Research & Technology at Mary Kay, Inc. Joining the company in 2005, Dr. Hines leads Product Formulation, part of the Research & Development organization. With a focus odrn skin biology, Dr. Hines and her team deliver the innovative skin care products that drive Mary Kay’s product portfolio. She is a member of the Society of Investigative Dermatology and Vice President of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists. With over 25 years of experience in skin science research, she has been awarded over 180 invention patents globally to support the Mary Kay product portfolio around the world.
