"Will it be convenient and practical to perform Covid-19 tests at the reception of the offices? The distance between one patient and another, between staff and between doctor and patient, how would it be applied?" Question from Dr Zulay RIVERA PINEDA, Dermatologist, Venezuela
Greetings from The Netherlands @loveforbeauty_nl
From Jordan. Strict quarantine here and gladly flattening the curve ????
Thank you Dr Badran for letting us know. Please share the situations in your country.
Awesome Taiwan
Greeting from Dublin
Taiwan amazing work.
Impressive Taiwan results
Greatings from Sao Paulo Brazil
Greeting from Dubai
Greeting from Argentina
The Europeans and the US probably did not take into account Asia's experience with the Sras. We're paying dearly for our lack of preparation.
In Jordan we have slow incremental rise in cases because we've been having one of the strictest lockdowns as mentioned in a radiobstation in Northern Colorado about Jordan.... Stay Safe ????
We are taking lockup at home as strict measures for 2 weeks and an half and we're better than spain
Also we started testing all the patients before surgeries with PCR
Thank you all for your comments on the current situation
Hello form Egypt!! pleased to be with you

Question about Patrick Treacy’s re. BCG and differences between Ireland and UK; Dr. Treacy mentioned that Britain stopped BCG vaccinations (given to those who are 10-14 years old) in 2005, and attributed differences, in part or otherwise, in CoViD-19 levels to this. However, those who’ve not received BCG as a result of change in vaccination policy, would be in their late 20s at the moment (i.e. 15 years from when mass vaccination stopped), and the numbers of people with CoViD-19 in that age bracket, is much lower than in the middle-aged and geriatric populations. Therefore, is it actually reasonable to attribute the difference noted between Britain and Ireland, to the cessation of BCG vaccination in Britain in 2005?
Greetings from patagonia argentina
Hi from London.
Hello from UK
The same in Egypt
Sergio , did you see young’s with acrosyndrom and frosbite asssociate to covid skin disease
People don’t respect social distancing
Greeting from Brasília Brazil
In Italy and France there have been some particular dermatological signs in Covid-19 patients like acromial erythema syndrome and frostbite symptoms.
Please elaborate on skin signs and covid we need to be aware of
Thé proportion of young’s in Latin is higher than in Europe . So the risk to develop a symptomatic covid is lower than us. In Europe ?
Taiwan has much to offer in fight against COVID-19
Is it ethical to make aesthetic procedures now? Exposing the patient to all hazards in their journey to the clinic for a non-urgent intervention ?
Closed, locked up at home; telemedicine with great results from Crisalix, but only programing surgeries; we are not allowed to perform aesthetic procedures like botox and HA...
Mongolia has 15 cases. All of cases imported. No death.
I believe all non-urgent procedures must stop ASAP and doctors and surgeons should offer their time and service to fight against pandemic.
Nice iniciativa on aesthetic tutorials! any chance of assisting?
For me in Cairo We are opened for consultations of Urgent cases only once a week to protect both my patients and staff , my office phone is working all the week and we a Im contacting my patients on social media and via short videos , I think we must raise the alert our selves so that the population would take it seriously and stay home ( at least this is what I feel in Cairo-Egypt)
Same here
It is not justified open the office, now we have a Pandemic.
Completely closed
I totally agree
Greeting from Russia ????
Once again, thanks to Vivacy for making this webinar possible
I’m from Brazil.
My clinic is completely closed too
My clinic is closed too
Hello everybody from Switzerland, how do u motivate your patients to come back again when things will be a bit calmer? Which acquisition methods do you use under these circumstances?
In kuwait all private clinics polyclinics
Here In Switzerland, private practice continues with regulations, Hospital consultations are almost closed. We transfert almost everything to a online platform (Tele-medicine)
Greetings from Dubai
Are legally closed since more than 2 weeks nows
I wouldn't count with aesthetic procedures for the next months...
Greeting from Egypt
Greetings from British Columbia, Canada
Greeting from Indonesia (Bandung city). Plastic Surgery procedure only for emergency cases.
Bonjour!
Hi Navi, where are you in BC.
I am in Vancouver
Bonjour Arisa , in French ! Bravo
South Surrey Dr. Shehla
Great.good to meet you,virtually
Here in Brazil, the government has summoned all health professionals to be available to provide services in hospitals, to help patients with Covid19. We don't know when we will normally reopen our clinics.
Hi Im Dr. Almurayshid from Saudi Arabia. Fellow dermatologist in Korea.

Greetings from Poland!
Thank all Vivacy team to let us be here today.
Sebrahim@telus.net
How is the online service ? can you charge enough money to survive ?
Do you charge the same? or less? or more?
I guess it should be less.
Me too..
Also the way people pay the consultation, what's your favorite method?
Hi Dr Shehla
Hey,how are you?
Good !!
The problem the legal aspect of the telemedicine. in Saudi it legalized for big institutions, for the privet clinics yet to be clear
I think to be in the safe way for as and for our patients we have to stop any kind of cosmetic procedure medical or surgical till this epidemy will be controlled in dubai there is a total ban on filler botox threads and all cosmetic surgery
For telemedicine patient should sign a consent before consultation
Very important the consent, regarding the video recording if needed
Yes indeed
A specific kit dedicated to aesthetic indications
I lived in korea all the moments of covid 19
Consent for Telemedicine very important
Yes my question BATELLE
Also very important to ensure patient privacy
Thank you!
We are reclining masks with 14min 70º on the hoven
Is it correct that kit test were contaminated with virus?
Thank you
Must have a secure location and no recording without patient permission. Check patients ID if it’s a new patient.
All the people with mask
Mask and gloves must be used by everyone in dubai
Thank you!
Great source of data about differenc countries ind covid: https://ourworldindata.org/coronavirus
Surgical masks should be used by everyone ... Should be encouraged by governments
Hey there!
Ffp2 N95 is the best one
Surgical masks and gloves are mandatory in Dubai
But those are screen testes (immunoassays) with a huge error, right?
Because, from what I see, only molecular testes like RT-PCR can make it accurately and specifically (99,9%)
Great point, dr Santareno!
There is also the FFP3 N100 that filter 0.3 microns in 95% but it’s not available
I can understand testing with PCR and separating the people for now, specially to protect professionals (like anesthetists) before approaching an airway...
I don't believe in the rapid/imunoassays (IgM/IgG tests) for now... only after to screen the population and determine if they already have immunity or need a vacine..
Hi from Bulgaria. We ara lockdown but with a lot of clinics still open. How frequently you would reccoment te medical personel to be tested in a working process@
Thank you all
In Australia the Gouvernment gave BCG vaccin to 4000 health staff
Thank you!
