Rapidly recurrent progressing Multiple patches of alopecia areata in 7.5 years

7.5 year old child suffering from Multiple small patches of alopecia areata was cured completely with (pulse oral corticosteroid (prednisolone), topical steroids & topical minoxidil) then after 2 weeks of stopping all treatments,
a very rapidly Progressive active lesions appear so, started again pulse steroids (dexamesathone), topical steroids, topical tacrolimus;topical minoxidil) without any response for 1 month also increasing ,progressive, active lesions .
Labs :.ANA negative, antithyroid antibodies negative
Normal labs
What's is the best management plan for this case ?
What's your experience in using methotrexate or Jak inhibitor in this 7.5 year child ?
