Case description
I’d love to get some input from colleagues who have experience using Q-switched laser for infraorbital pigmentation.
From what I’ve read, it’s best to start with lower fluence and larger spot size, which is what I plan to do. I understand that we usually look for pinpoint frosting, but since the under-eye skin is very thin, I’m cautious about increasing the energy too fast.
Do you have any guidelines or preferred parameters you follow for this area — in terms of fluence, spot size, pulse count, and number of sessions?
Also, what expected outcomes or reactions should I anticipate when using Q-switch under the eyes for pigmentation?
