e do país onde o congresso será realizado, pode ser necessário obter um visto para participar.

Por favor, entre em contato com a embaixada/consulado do país mais próximo de sua residência para verificar os requisitos completos sobre vistos.

Process to obtain an official invitation letter:

Register to the congress at least six weeks in advance (the delay for obtaining a visa varies according to the country).
Once your registration has been paid an invoice is automatically available (and sent by email) - take note of its number.
Fill in the request form below.
Please note that all visa invitation requests are reviewed by our team, and registration is verified before any invitation is issued (providing the right information will fasten the process).

As the congress date approaches, processing will take up to 3 working days.

We strongly recommend submitting your request well in advance and taking an appointment at the embassy only once you have all required documents.
