Audrey Neff is a recognized business strategist, international speaker, award-winning peer-reviewed author, and thought leader in medical aesthetics with more than 12 years of experience helping practices accelerate growth, improve profitability, and build long-term value.

She serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Aviva Aesthetics, the fastest-growing medical aesthetics clinic platform in the U.S., where she has helped scale the company from six to more than 20 practice locations nationwide.

Her thought leadership has been featured in numerous industry publications, including PRIME Journal (International Journal of Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine), The Aesthetic Guide, Medical Insight Strategic Market Research Reports, and PAN Journal — the official peer-reviewed journal of the International Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN).

Audrey has lectured in nine countries and served on faculty for more than 30 medical aesthetic associations and conferences worldwide. She is an advisory board member, key opinion leader (KOL), educator, and business trainer for leading aesthetic brands, and has personally contributed to global education initiatives across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
