For over 25 years, Dr. Van den Elzen has a flourishing private practice as a cosmetic facial doctor. Decades of treating clients, training and teaching doctors, made her realize both patients and doctors operate on their own, often contradictory perceptions distorted by unchallenged and often erroneous beliefs, leading to unsatisfied clients and disillusioned doctors. A science-based method for goal-oriented treatments combined with expectation management was needed: the ‘Tipping Point Approach’.  Dr. Van den Elzen is now devoted to inspiring, educating, and helping new doctors in Cosmetic medicine achieve the best results for all: satisfied and returning clients, more happiness at work, and increased revenu!
