Dr. Marco GAMBACCIANI

Marco Gambacciani graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1978, and gained a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1982. In 1986 he worked at the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology, University of California, San Diego, where he specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology. Since 1987 he has worked at the Unit of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University Hospital del l'Universitaria Pisana. He is responsible for the Menopause Center, which over the years has become a reference point in the national and international. The Dr Gambacciani developed vaginal surgery besides surgery minimally invasive laparoscopic and mini-invasive interventions for resectoscopic. Dr. Gambacciani visited major centers of gynecological surgery in order to improve and develop the modern techniques of surgery.
