Dr. Nina MEHTA

Dr. Nina Mehta is a medical researcher who focuses on the intersection of dermatology, plastic surgery, and cosmetic formulations, particularly in relation to hair loss and related treatments. She has been working alongside Prof. Dr. Andy Goren, MD, who has played a significant role in the development, commercialization, and listing of several drugs and medical devices, including new therapies for female pattern hair loss, chemotherapy-induced alopecia, excessive hair shedding, female sexual dysfunction, and COVID-19. Nina has co-authored publications in Dermatological Reviews and J Cosmet Dermatol, exploring the implications of COVID-19 on androgen levels and hair loss, as well as evaluating innovative approaches to mitigate hair shedding. Additionally, she has engaged in systematic reviews on epidermal necrolysis and treatment modalities for sebaceous carcinoma, which were published in Arch Dermatol Res.
