Dr. Rhoda S NARINS

Dr. Rhoda S. Narins is the Director of the Dermatology, Surgery and Laser Center in New York. She is Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University Medical Center and past President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is a pioneer in tumescent liposuction using local anesthesia and has been a principal investigator in the many of the clinical FDA trials for fillers and botulinum toxins.Dr. Narins has lectured on cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery world-wide and is the author of more than 100 published materials. She is an assistant editor for the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery, Drugs in Dermatology and the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Board of Directors for the International Society of Dermatologic Surgery.Dr. Narins is a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Dermatologic Association, Association of Academic Dermatologic Surgeons, Presidents Council Skin Care Society, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Society of Liposuction Surgery, New York Dermatology Society, Women?s Dermatologic Society, Noah Worcester Dermatologic Society and the American Medical Association.
