Dr. Timothy Ho Yin TAN

Dr Timothy Tan obtained his medical degree in 2001 from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He obtained full accreditation as a Specialist in Paediatrics from the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and Hong Kong College of Paediatricians in 2010. 

Dr Tan has a subspecialty interest in paediatric dermatology and was one of the pioneers of United Christian Hospital’s Paediatric Birthmark Laser Centre and their paediatric dermatology service. His experience in lasers and dermatology stemmed from training at Singapore’s National Skin Centre, the Birmingham Skin and Laser Centre, and the Department of Paediatric Dermatology at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London. 

Dr Tan is currently the Medical Director for medical aesthetics at EC Healthcare. In addition to skin lasers and injections he is particularly facinated with high energy aesthetic devices for the management of pigmentation, scarring and skin tightening.
