Objectives: For correction of perioral wrinkles and creating of some kind of border of the lips’ commissure we suggest to use of co-called dynamic spring PCL/PLLA threads with dynamic memory. This spring threads without cogs and barbs were indicated for improving of the quality of skin and creating some volume in the area of implantation. Introduction: The concept of so-called dynamic thread lifting involves the use of threads with dynamic memory in the form of a spring, which after stretching, return to their position. This does not apply to threads simply twisted on a needle or cannula, but on the threads, which are precisely springing with a dynamic memory return. They belong to the so-called dynamic group thread correction, that is, they can be used in areas of intense physical (muscle) activity like as perioral and lip area. Materials / method: For these cases we observed the 4 dissections of female cadavers in the Medical Faculty Department of Anatomy and Pathology of Comenius University in Bratislava. Were treated 30 patients with the presented method and 2 histological analysis were provided. Results: We have some anatomical nuances for safe implantation of the threads in a spring form. It was confirmed not only by anatomical researches, but also with histological tests. All of patients were satisfied with the treatment, for some of them the lip augmentation was provided without previous complication of migration of the hyaluronic acid filler into skin lip area. Conclusion: The implantation of the threads in the spring form with dynamic memory are based on some anatomical nuances and rules for safe implantation like as layer of implantation and right choice of the area of implantation. Good choice of material has great deal on the satisfaction of the procedure and good and long-term result.
