Objectives: The pregnancy represent s big challenge for the women body and unfortunaly leaves permanent damage to body like stress incontinence. Until recently there was no succesful treatment for it. Many women are affected with that problem. Other big problem for the women is menopausa where many women due to the hormonal changes suffer from many problems like dryness, dyspaurenia and others. Thanks to the technology we can help to the women with no risk and improve their quality of the life. Introduction: After pregnancy beside stress incontinence many women due the vagina damage lost the quality of the sex life. Vulvar region becomes hyperpigmented. Usully big and small labia become damaged and dilated. During menopausa there is atrophy of the mucosa and change of ph which promote vaginal rejuvenation. Materials / method: The radio frequency represent the biggest game changer for the vaginal rejuvenation specialy after pregnancy and resolution of the postmenopausal problems. The latest generation of the devices use robot handpiece which rotates 360 degres and rejuvenate the vagina. With the other handpiece we treat vulvar area which represent nonsurgical labioplasty. The treatment is completly safe beacuse device use sensor to measure the skin temperature to avoid the burns. As final step we use use third handpiece to rejuvenate the face. Results: It s recommend to have 3 treatments with the distance 3 to 4 weeks. The treatment is safe and with no down. Many women report significat results like improvent of the stress incontinence, remodeling of the labia, decrease of the hyperpigmentation, improvment of the dryness and the quality of the sexual life. Conclusion: Vaginal rejuvenation with the radio frequency gives new hope and improvment of the life quality for many women.
