Objectives: The presentation shows how to receive good results with only threads or with their combination, in which age and category of the patient. Touching some protocols of the combinations. The presentation proves that different patients need different category sometimes based even on intuition and not anatomy. Introduction: Due to the increased aesthetic procedures and products on aesthetic markets last period aesthetic workers are very confused use or not to use threads for full face treatment and is it really working alone or it needs a combination with other procedures? Materials / method: Combination of threads, with fillers, Botulinum Toxin type A and rejuvenation with device techniques. Results: Results show that if we choose patients by degree of ptosis but not by age different protocols are confirmed for such a patients and taking into account those protocols give good results. Conclusion: Yes, threads can work alone and can work in a combination. Non of them is the sin, but in case we use them in a right patient category with right protocols this results are stable and satisfying for the patient and doctor.
