DESIRIAL® PLUS is a more elastic gel designed to remodel the Labia Majora which has lost partial volume (hypotrophy) or total volume (atrophy). Indications: - Hypotrophy, atrophy of the labia majora (volume loss) - Aesthetic concerns 93% of women have seen an improvement or significant improvement to their quality of life, up to 12 months after treatment with DESIRIAL® PLUS*. * A post-marketing follow-up non-interventional, open-label prospective study evaluating the efficacy and safety of DESIRIAL® Plus in its indications for use. Visits at 1 month, 3 months, 6 and 12 months post-injection. The study included 35 patients treated with DESIRIAL® Plus (with or without DESIRIAL®). 37% of those treated with DESIRIAL® Plus had a retouch following the injection Efficacy parameters evaluated for DESIRIAL® Plus, parameters evaluated by the patient: aesthetic perception and symptoms (irritation/burning sensation during everyday life and sport, itching) and the parameters evaluated by the doctor: skin atrophy of the labia majora, volumising and trophic effect, GAIS. Patient and physician satisfaction and improved quality of life were also collected for the 2 treatments. Treatment-related adverse events described in the leaflets have been reported. These were mainly hematoma / bruising, pain / tenderness / injection pain, swelling / edema, skin rash / erythema. No serious adverse events were reported.
