Post fat injection face localised swelling

Patient description

35 year female Libyan patient 

Healthy 

She doesn’t have any medical problems

Case description

She had fat injection to her face 4 months back by an other doctor.

After injection she got swelling and her doctor injected steroid locally to subside swelling (4 sessions)

She underwent fat excision under eye by ophthalmologist 

She visited another 3rd doctor and injected her by a lipolytic mesotherapy (5 sessions)

Now presented  to me with inflammatory swelling of nasolabial folds more at right side and small swelling rt cheek and she complaining of these swellings 

I requested uss and advised her to start prednisone 5 mg once for two weeks and for reevaluation after that
