Abstract

Objectives: The experience showed that dealing with male patients is always difficult due to the less information about real male beauty standards and because of different anatomical features which needs totally different approach to avoid feminization. Combined results such as threads and fillers showed that among mini invasive treatments this results are more natural, but there are differences and some tricks and recommendations during performing procedure. This details mostly play a main role when choosing and performing treatment. Introduction: Last period male patients are getting more active in Aesthetic field and they try to visit Aesthetic procedures often than usual. Aesthetic industry is learning now in this period how to deal with various male type avoiding feminization and unnatural results, but receiving satisfying results, easy and safe. Workers of this field is very often lost in lots of procedures, that is why this presentation will guide through some experiences how to deal with male beautification using threads combining with Fillers. Materials / method: in male patients threads with PLLA/PCL/HA and HA dermal fillers where used in different male ages. Results: The results shown during the presentation shows natural, masculine results with 0 femininization of the male faces with short downtime. Conclusion: This methods of combination can give us perfect results, based on safety, materials and considering gender differences.
