Objectives: 1. understanding the aging changes of the face 2. How to do patient selection 3. Managing expectations 4. Discuss the effectiveness and longevity Introduction: Non surgical thread lifting has improved significantly in the last few years and the demand of this procedure is growing fast. Understanding the signs of aging specially the role of mispositioned of the fad compartments along with good patient selection can improve the outcome and increase the satisfaction Materials / method: In this presentation, I will review recent articles and researches regarding the effectiveness and longevity of the threads. I will also discuss facial changes in the face and how physician can use thread in combination of other modalities to improve the signs of aging. At the end of presentation, I will show some cases and demonstration video Results: Non surgical thread lifting is in the market for over 10 years. Type of products and techniques has improved significant in the last few years. This procedure should be always combined with other treatment modalities. Conclusion: The new articles show high satisfaction and good result with combining non surgical thread lifting with other treatment modalities. Patient selection, understanding facial anatomy, aging changes, choosing right product and insertion technique can improve the outcome significantly.
