Excellent work, but only one thing I can’t really agree. As a breast surgeon(both oncological and aesthetic), I personally use ultrasound-guided surgery to avoid injecting any fat into the gland because any lipofilling-related masses in the gland always obscure the sensitivity of breast ultrasound for cancer detection. My small opinion.
