Abstract

Objectives: The combination of 589nm and 1319nm wavelengths offers a synergistic approach to skin regeneration, tone correction, and elasticity improvement. Introduction: Advances in skincare technology have led to the development of innovative treatments aimed at enhancing skin health and appearance. One such advancement is a novel approach that combines two distinct wavelengths to target multiple skin concerns. This report reviews a novel solid-state laser system that combines 1064 nm and 1319 nm wavelengths to generate a 589 nm wavelength using YAG crystals. Materials / method: Patients, who undergone the dual-wavelength treatment were followed for a period of approximately four weeks post-procedure. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed using both subjective and objective measures. Subjective evaluation was based on patient-reported satisfaction rates, while objective outcomes were determined through the analysis of standardized pre- and post-treatment photographs. Results: Patient-reported satisfaction rates indicated a high level of satisfaction, with the majority rating their outcomes as 4 and 5 on the evaluation scale. Objective assessment of standardized photographs demonstrated noticeable improvements in skin texture, enhanced tone correction, and skin elasticity. No complications or adverse effects were observed during the four-week follow-up period. Conclusion: The 589nm wavelength promotes skin regeneration through biochemical stimulation via vascular targeting, while the 1319nm wavelength enhances elasticity and collagen remodeling through thermal and mechanical stimulation. The approach that combines both wavelengths offers a synergistic effect, enhancing skin regeneration, correcting uneven tone, and improving elasticity. This innovative method represents a significant advancement in non-invasive aesthetic procedures, delivering more targeted and effective results.
