Abstract

Objectives: The primary objective of this advancement, with the use of an intra-oral insertion for retro-illumination is to provide an effective surgical solution with a maximum safety for anatomical structures for patients seeking to rejuvenate their appearance. Introduction: The intra-oral illumination is used in a specific type of minimally invasive neck lift. This technique uses a lighted system inserted through tiny punctures, offering a less invasive alternative to a traditional neck lift for tightening the jawline and neck. Materials / method: Intra-oral illumination presents a revolutionary approach to minimally invasive neck lifting procedures. This innovative method employs a lighted cannula system, which is strategically inserted through small punctures in the mucosa of the mouth floor , minimizing scarring and recovery time typically associated with traditional neck lift surgeries. Results: The performance of this retro-illumination has demonstrated promising results, offering enhanced precision and control during the procedure.
