The truthful lies about EBD lifting

Objectives: To highlight the main criteria that must be taken into account when using energy devices within the framework of regenerative effects on tissues. Introduction: A progressive approach in aesthetic medicine focuses on the long-term morpho-functional state of tissues, delicate improvement and restoration of the natural integrity of the face. Statistical forecast data shows that the energy-based segment of aesthetic procedures will grow at the fastest rate. Materials / method: A review of accumulated research on tissue changes when exposed to energy-based devices is conducted. available data indicate that in addition to cosmetic results, numerous EBDs have demonstrated molecular and histological changes consistent with regenerative remodeling. On the other hand, there are reports from plastic surgeons that aggressive non-surgical procedures can disrupt surgical planes, cause tissue modification. In practice, we encounter patients with visible, Results: EBD technologies affects a specific tissue level or multiple levels with studied and documented histological tissue changes. The main criteria that must be taken into account in aesthetic procedures using energy within the framework of regenerative effects and long-term results are outlined. Conclusion: Further research and accumulation of practical experience are relevant for realizing the regenerative potential of EBD technologies and reducing the negative impact on the morpho-functional characteristics of tissues.
