Triple collagen intervention for skin tissue repair and rejuvenation

Objectives: Anti-aging strategy with unprecedented results, combining hydroxypropyl-tetrahydro-pyrantriol and Carob seed extract in a SKINCARE CREAM, capable of protecting collagen fibers, stimulating their production and remodeling network to repair age- and glycation-related deterioration Introduction: Collagen provides skin's structural support, determining firmness and facial volumes. Its synthesis declines with age and is further altered by glycation—a non-enzymatic binding of sugars forming advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) such as CML residues—stiffening and degrading the extracellular matrix. TRIPLE COLLAGEN INTERVENTION combines hydroxypropyl-tetrahydro-pyrantriol and Carob seed extract in a SKINCARE CREAM (SC) to protect, stimulate and remodel collagen, repairing both age- and glycation-related deterioration. Materials / method: Biological evidence was assessed on normal and methylglyoxal-induced "glycated" skin explants via immunostaining, image analysis, polarimetry and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Clinical evidence was evaluated on 125 women (35–65 years): SC alone for 28 days (1) or combined with 3 Radio-frequency micro-needling (RF MN) sessions (D0, D42, D84) over 5 months versus neutral cream (NC) (2), assessed by clinical scorings. Results: SC decreased glycation markers CML and RAGE by -82% and -78%, blocking 100% of glycation and reversing it. SC stimulated 11 collagen types including collagen I (+71%) and III (+84%), remodeled fiber organization (+20%), Fibrillin-1 (+84%) and Tropoelastin (+30%). SC improved temple hollowness (+10%) and cheek plumpness (+25.6%). Combined with RF MN, SC doubled forehead wrinkle reduction (-25.11%, ×2.7 vs NC), enhanced cheekbone volume (+26.83%, ×2.2 vs NC), firmness (+25.6%, ×2.1 vs NC) and accelerated tonicity (+10.43%). Conclusion: TRIPLE COLLAGEN INTERVENTION emerges as a new gold-standard cosmetic strategy, actively restructuring dermal collagen architecture through protection, stimulation and remodeling—translating biological repair into clinically visible rejuvenation, with amplified outcomes combined with RF MN aesthetic procedures.
