Good presentation. I think the 8 cone suture is going to make a comeback as I’ve used Ssoft for over 7 years now and going through “U” and “L” shape,12 cone and 16 cone sutures. The “straight” bidirectional suture placement appears to have the best anchorage and superb results after educating the patient that best effect is 3 months later and even better at 6 months. The temptation of course at time of placement is to tension too much to get the “end” effect already and this could lead to some puckering of the skin BUT as Ian demonstrated that it is not necessary to do so. We learn every day. Thanks David
