n/aCase description
Hallo, a 16 years feminine old patient has come to my office with her parents, presenting a congenital, single depressed red plaque- 35x 37 cm- covered by very thin transparent skin, in the back region. The skin lesion has town in size together with her body. She would like to remove the plaque for aesthetic purposes. .
I suggested to do an istological examination first. And then, within one year, a surgical removal and reconstruction with a flap or a two times excision.
Can you anticipate what kind of desease is this? Could it be associated with other pathologies?
