Lymphadenopathy and significant swelling 1 day post toxin

Case description

Dear Colleagues,

I would appreciate your take on this case. 

Patient informed me a day post upper face injection that she woke up with extreme swelling of the face and swollen submandibular and cervical lymph nodes. Before she informed me, she saw a general doctor who prescribed Amoxicilin and 30mg of prednisone and told her that it is likely a reaction to the toxin. I injected Relfydess and of course will be filing a yellow card with Galderma. She did not have any immediate reactions at the clinic post injection and she did not have any local reactions around the injection sites. Has anyone experienced similar reactions after toxin?
