Unilateral pectoralis major animation

Patient description

36 a old female patient, no med.

Case description

The patient has been operated 1 year ago (sub muscular implant placement both sides, Motiva implants, augmentationmastopexy)

Since 2 months she developed a strong muscular animation on her right side. Interestingly no animation on her left side. She doesn´t want to have another operation with changing the implants to a sub glandular placement. 

Do you have any ideas what else could be done? 

BontA into the left pec.maj? (has someone experience with this?)

Refixation of the origin of the pec.maj.in the lower sternal part?

Liberation of the sternal origin of the pec.maj.higher up?

Or would the only option be to change the pocket?
