Case description
The pt underwent MOXI laser (1927) treatment with 10mJ/10%/6 passes. Post application Plated Exosomes Intense Serum and 1% clobetasol were applied followed by a Velez Biocellulose mask to cool the face.
The patient reported that her face felt hot and she removed the mask and washed her face approx 40 mins post laser. 3 days post procedure she reports the MENDS fell off in her sleep.
1 week post treatment she reported all her MENDS were gone and resumed her usual skincare including benzoyl peroxide. She also reported hypopigmentation at that time, but declined to come in to the clinic for an evaluation.
She is now 3.5 weeks post treatment and sent in these photos of her skin.
It appears she has developed hypopigmentation from where her MENDS fell off. She has been encouraged to strict sunscreen and sun/heat avoidance.
She is planning to come in to clinic tomorrow for in person evaluation.
Is there anything else you would recommend?
