Objectives: A breast reduction is always a challenge if you want to get a conical breast with minimal scars. The only way to get a projected breast is to perform a vertical amputation in the lower part of the breast and to use a vertical technique for closing. All vertical techniques will not achieved a conical shape and the author is explaining the difference between them and which one will allow you to get a nice projection with minimal scar even in large breasts.
