Objectives: underline the new way of injecting hybrid fillers

Introduction: combination therapies are the key of success in last few years. Hybrid fillers represent a very good option in particular patients

Materials / method: Hybrid fillers have been used in patients with laxity and pertiocular area is a very new on label indication of some of them. The technique of injection is explained in the presentation with practical videos

Results: results until now have been very good and no complication has been seen.

Conclusion: hybrid fillers represent a good option in patients with laxity. The periocular area can be succesfully injected and did not show any complication with the technique showed by the author.
