Objectives: Solutions for age related metabolic changes are routinely pharmaceutical. A reasonable alternative with no side effects is a combination of a dyslipidemia serum and a glycolytic that preserves skeletal muscle mass while reducing body fat percentage. Understanding principles of metabolic aging and targets for optimizing the intertwined insulin/lipid system are goals for learning objectives.

Introduction: More and more aesthetic care is being viewed through the lens of longevity. Plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic medicine practicioners are in the perfect position to offer longevity services that can be easily integrated into everyday practice for the benefit of our patients.

Materials / method: A longevity program conceived by the London Regenerative Institute is presented as a scalable patient centric program involving diagnosis, treatment recommendations including personalized supplements based on individual biologic needs, practical biohacking and monitoring.

Results: A simple program which is relatively cost effective for patients has been developed and beta testing is showing promising results. One, the educational aspects of learning epigenetic intrinsic and extrinsic biologic age and how it can be modified by customized programs has been valuable to incentive patients. Two, the ability to combine appropriate supplements into single capsules specific for the individual based on biologic testing has been valuable.

Conclusion: Early results of a simple longevity program has shown promising results and excellent feedback from our early testers. More information needs to be collected to determine the health impact and value of these programs.
