Objectives: Show my criteria for choosing to perform a bichectomy alone or associated with other procedures to obtain a profileplasty and facial harmonization

Introduction: Bichectomy is a procedure that consists of resecting the bichat fat ball endo-orally under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. It can be performed alone or associated with other facial procedures.

Materials / method: My personal technique

Results: they will be showed during my presentation

Conclusion: Bichectomy alone or associated is a surgical procedure that allows achieving a harmonious facial profileplasty.
