Introduction: The etymology of the word integral means "comprising all the aspects necessary to be complete." And women often take care of our general aesthetics and having achieved it we are not always complete, why? because sexuality can be affected for many reasons, aging being a very important one. Sexuality is health and quality of life at all ages and it is our responsibility as doctors to question and think about our patients as a whole. It's time to think about them from head to toe.

Materials / method: The administration of 5 vials of PLLA was carried out in a single session. 1 at the facial level with a triple anchor marking technique with a 22G cannula, then at the cervical level with lateral claw marking with retroinjection and fan technique with a 22g cannula and 27G needle, then the anteromedial region of both arms was approached with a mixed cannula technique. 22g and 27g needle, 1 vial for supraumbilical abdominal region with 22g cannula and the last vial in Labia majora of Vulva with 22g cannula retroinjection technique and Vagina with 4-inch 27g needle in tension band technique.

Results: in the quality of the skin of the face, neck, arms and abdomen: very notable decrease in flaccidity, at rest and dynamic, absolute disappearance of fine wrinkles, increase in Changes, Hydration, luminosity, homogenization of the skin achieving absolute rejuvenation from a glogaw of 4 to 2.
At the genital level: increase in thickness and redensification of the labia majora along with rejuvenation of the vaginal mucosa, improving female self-esteem and sexual quality and QUALITY OF LIFE.

Conclusion: Applying a decrease in carbohydrates and ultra-processed foods responsible for the enzymatic glycation of collagen and elastin fibers responsible for the pro-inflammatory state of the skin and premature aging, we were able to stop this factor from nutrition, we supplemented with vit C, copper, zinc and strategic hops to enhance collagen synthesis 8 times faster at the expense of PLLA. We comprehensively improve feminine aesthetics and improve sexuality. Today aesthetic medicine goes hand in hand with nutrition and supplementation. We can be separated THIS IS QUALITY OF LIFE

Objectives: To improve pain and discomfort during sexual intercourse in patients with Genito-Urinary Syndrome associated with Genito-Pelvic Penetration Pain.
Demonstrate the effectiveness of using CO2 laser in the treatment of genital atrophy.
Position botulinum toxin (TB) as an alternative in the treatment of penetrating genitopelvic pain.

Introduction: Genito Urinary Syndrome (GUS) encompasses all symptoms of hypoestrogenism in the genito urinary tract, such as security and pain, with impaired sexual function.
Among the therapeutic alternatives, CO2 laser treatment stands out, proving to be an excellent non-hormonal alternative in the treatment of GUS, however, in severe cases, in which the patient presents secondary reactive pain, reestablishing trophism is not always sufficient. In these cases, the use of botulinum toxin can be an adjuvant to eliminate the memory of pain.

Materials / method: 48 patients with GUS, with complaints of safety, dyspareunia and fissure, different degrees of atrophy, associated or not with fissure on physical examination (PE), underwent CO2 laser treatment (3 sessions with an average interval of 30 days).
30 days after complete CO2 laser treatment, patients underwent a satisfaction and PE questionnaire.
In those with persistent pain or superficial dyspareunia (visual analogue scale), mucosa with good trophism and contraction reflex to EF, 35 to 50 IU of TB is applied, with reassessment in 15 days and, if necessary, application of another 15 to 20 IU .

Results: 87.5% (42 patients) obtained the maximum score for improving pain and discomfort during sexual intercourse:
-12.5% (6 patients) had significant improvement in pain and discomfort, but did not receive maximum marks for the result.

Conclusion: The results with the association of CO2 Laser and Botulinum Toxin indicate promise in the treatment of Genito-Urinary Syndrome, with Genito-Pelvic Pain of secondary exclusion.

Materials / method: METHODS: Description of the technique of labia majora rejuvanation with hybrid filler techniques combining Hyaluronic acid with Calcium Hydroxylapatite or CaHA. Describing in detail the technique with a precise video. Describing who are the ideal candidates for this treatment and what results should be expected. Describing of post injection advices and potential complications.

Results: RESULTS:
Patient benefits: immediate volumization because of the Hyaluronic Acid with higher initial satisfaction and longevity of results with Hyaluronic acid with Calcium Hydroxylapatite are attractive. This technique is a complementary procedure to surgical labiaplasty for patients looking for more volume and skin tightening effect on labia majora.

Conclusion: CONCLUSION:
Benefits of the hybrid filler can be applied to body indications, specifically rejuvenation of labia majora. Future studies should address the long term results with the Hybrid fillers technique for labia majora, given the growing interest in genital rejuvenation and non surgical options.

Objectives: Introduction of a novel non-surgical penis enhancement technique. Relevant anatomy, technique, product choice, and potential complications will be discussed.

Introduction: Interest in male-focused treatments has dramatically increased over the past decade as social acceptance, fueled by social media, has rapidly increased. As a result, new products and treatments tailored specifically to this demographic have emerged in almost every category, including male enhancement. We present a novel and ideal non-surgical solution for penis enlargement called BIGSHOT.

Materials / method: BIGSHOT TM is the application of platelet-rich gel matrix (PRGM) to the penis shaft, a composite gel consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA) filler mixed with platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This gel is natural, low risk, rapidly available, and completely reversible like HA fillers, however, it lasts for several years.

Results: The longevity of BIGSHOT is attributed to the collagenesis that is produced by the mixture. It has the ability to sculpt a thicker and longer shaft while flaccid, an effect that is further increased during an erection. With this technique, HA filler can also be injected around the glans to create balance and proportion. While enhancements are impressive, there is no change in sensitivity or performance. There are minimal complications and risks. The procedure takes around 30 minutes to complete. Pain is minimal and normal sexual activity can be resumed after 3-4 days.

Conclusion: BIGSHOT may indeed represent the most ideal solution for non-surgical male enhancement to date.

Objectives: The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the effectiveness of applying intramuscular fillers, in
4725 cases, to correct deformities, volume losses, asymmetry and irregularities.
With the demonstration of the correct application plans, adequate volume, correct technique for the desired results with 2,1% of complications

Introduction: Between 2009 and 2022 we performed a total of 4725 buttocks filling procedures with filler intramuscularly.
Almost 1 million ml of filler was used in these 4,725 procedures, administered through an atraumatic cannula, under local anesthesia with the patient monitoring the procedure in real time.

Materials / method: Intramuscular filler was used, with a cannula, between the years 2009 and 2024, almost 5 thousand filling
procedures with almost 1 million filler used.

Results: We show the complications observed in this sample, 2.1% of complications, no serious complications observed in this
sample. Nodules and seroma were the most common complications, both with a rate of 0.5%, followed by hemtama and pain,
both treated and eliminated in less than 30 days.

Conclusion: By applying the correct technique, adequate volume and manual skill, it is possible to successfully perform body
corrections in the gluteal area. With this procedure that I have been carrying out daily for over 10 years, I can restore
self-esteem, promote quality of life and make women feel more confident and happy with themselves.

Objectives: This study aims to demonstrate the feasibility and efficacy of autologous micrograft therapy as a minimally invasive treatment for androgenetic alopecia. Through a series of ten cases, we seek to illustrate indications, outcomes, potential complications, and real-world challenges of its application in a dermatological hair treatment center.

Introduction: Androgenetic alopecia is a chronic hair disorder that often requires long-term management. While home-based clinical treatment is fundamental, additional minimally invasive procedures can enhance patients' quality of life, especially those with mild to moderate cases unwilling or unable to undergo surgical transplantation or frequent office visits. We propose evaluating the viability of autologous micrograft therapy performed under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis.

Materials / method: The technique involves extracting small skin fragments under local anesthesia from the occipital region of the patient. Following mechanical processing, a solution containing mesenchymal cells and growth factors is applied to the desired areas of the scalp using a 4mm needle, akin to intradermal injections. Ten cases will be presented to showcase indications, results, potential complications, and real-world challenges.

Results: Our study demonstrates the feasibility and efficacy of autologous micrograft therapy for androgenetic alopecia. Significant improvements in hair density and quality were observed in the treated areas, with minimal complications reported. These findings suggest that autologous micrograft therapy could be a valuable option for individuals with unsatisfactory responses to conventional treatments, those averse to surgical intervention, or those preferring less frequent treatments.

Conclusion: In conclusion, autologous micrograft therapy presents a promising avenue for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, offering a minimally invasive alternative for patients with mild to moderate cases who may not be suitable candidates for surgical intervention or frequent office visits. Our study demonstrates its feasibility and efficacy in improving hair density and quality, with minimal complications. This approach fills a gap in the treatment landscape, providing individuals with unsatisfactory responses to conventional therapies an alternative option for hair restoration.

Introduction: O uso da radiofrequência microagulhada é uma tecnologia que combina a energia da radiofrequência com o microagulhamento, proporcionando uma ação mais profunda do couro cabeludo. O calor gerado pela radiofrequência estimula ainda mais a produção de colágeno e a circulação sanguínea, além de ajudar na penetração de medicamentos diretamente nos folículos capilares. Da mesma forma, com energia maior promove a produção de colágeno e elastina na face, com alto nível de precisão e segurança. Esse procedimento pode ser utilizado para tratar rugas, fechar poros e promover lifting facial não cirúrgico.

Materials / method: Utilizou-se radiofrequência microagulhada em 5 couro cabeludo de pacientes com alopecia androgenética e eflúvio telogeno. Parâmetros Level 1, profundidade 2,5 e 3,0 mm e 100 milissegundos acumulando uma energia total de 400 J em todo couro cabeludo. Em face, utilizou-se energia maior e profundidade maior, acumulando energia de 5000 J. Tanto em face quanto em couro cabeludo aplicou-se 2 ml de solução de exossomos. 4 sessões no total.

Results: Todos os casos faciais apresentam melhora da queda após a primeira ou segunda sessão. Observou-se aumento da espessura dos fios.

Em face, observou-se melhora de rugas finas, melhora do aspecto dos poros, redução da papada e afinamento da face.

A ponteira resfriada promoveu maior conforto para o paciente e redução de risco de queimaduras.

Conclusion: A radiofrequência microagulhada estimula a produção de colágeno e a regeneração dos folículos capilares, bem como melhora a circulação sanguínea na região do couro cabeludo. Alem disso aumenta a absorção de medicamentos diretamente nos folículos capilares.

Objectives: Report the cases of patients with vulvovaginal complaints that were treated with associated therapies. Demonstrate the association of functional and aesthetic benefits of regenerative gynecology with the use of lasers, fillers and botulinum toxin.

Introduction: Vulvovaginal complaints directly affect women's quality of life, especially after menopause where hormonal levels suffer a significant decline. Currently, around 30% of women's entire lives are in menopause, with this in mind, new techniques and therapeutic options are needed to treat the various symptoms associated with this period with the aim of not only restoring structural functionality but also improving the aesthetic appearance of the region.

Materials / method: Case report of 3 patients who used a combination of regenerative gynecology techniques to treat their functional and aesthetic complaints in the vulvovaginal region. Techniques such as application of fractional co2 laser, filling with hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin were used to improve functional complaints of diagnoses associated with the patient and consequent aesthetic improvement linked to the benefits of the techniques.

Results: There was significant improvement in functional complaints and consequent aesthetic improvement in all reported cases.

Conclusion: The combination of techniques can bring promising results for patients with vulvovaginal complaints. The use of regenerative gynecology therapies contributes to improving the functional physiology of the vulvovaginal region and the aesthetic aspect, directly impacting the quality of life of patients.

Objectives: Evaluate the efficacy of hyaluronic acid dermal filler injection in patients not satisfied with their penile aesthetics. Also, to assess changes in penile dimensions, including length, diameter and shape, along with patient satisfaction and follow-up outcomes.

Introduction: Penile dissatisfaction due to size can significantly impact self-esteem. Minimally invasive techniques like hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler injections gained popularity for penile augmentation. HA injections is promising in improving penile shape, girth and length, addressing issues like small penis syndrome or patient unsatisfaction with penis size and/or shape.

Materials / method: Fifty-four patients underwent penile augmentation with hyaluronic acid filler. Injections were performed under the Dartos fascia using predetermined volumes accordingly to patients’ individual needs. The product was a multiphasic HA dermal filler with a high G-prime and R2 technology. The filler was applied circumferentially under the Dartos fascia, administered at a ratio of 2.09 ml/cm. Another filler with lower G-Primi and IPN-Like technology was used to supplement the treatment applying an average of 0.46 ml/cm. Dimensions, adverse events, and function changes were monitored.

Results: The procedure applying HA dermal filler injections for penile augmentation yielded highly satisfactory outcomes with increase in penile dimensions and improvement on shape. Patient reported significant contentment post-intervention.
Interesting to note that although the filler is applied circumferentially increasing penile girth, there is a paradoxical effect and it is also observed an increase in the length of the penis. In one case, per example, a patient measured at baseline (flaccid penile) a length of 4.3 cm and diameter of 2,4 cm had a notable increase to 7.8 cm in length and 3.5 cm in

Conclusion: HA dermal filler injections for penile augmentation led to highly satisfactory outcomes, increasing both penile dimensions and shape, with patients expressing significant contentment post-procedure. Interestingly, despite primarily targeting girth, a paradoxical effect was observed, resulting in increased length as well. For instance, one patient initially measured 4.3 cm in length and 2.4 cm in diameter, which notably increased to 7.8 cm in length and 3.5 cm in diameter post-intervention. No adverse events were observed, and patients reported no functional complaints.
