Objectives: To study the reasons and treatment for the complaint of tired eyes

Introduction: Most patients start ageing changes with periorbital changes first. One subcategory of patients presents as tired looking eyes. They complain that they look tired when they are not. Although this is common in middle aged, we see it in young too.

Materials / method: WE have retrospectively studied 50 cases over a period of two years.

Results: Effective improvement is visible following periorbital volume restoration.

Conclusion: This paper explains the reasons and ways to correct it. One of the primary reason for tired eyes is periobital deflation.
