Objectives: To evaluate the clinical benefits of combining Morpheus8 Burst fractional radiofrequency with topical ASCE+ exosome therapy for skin rejuvenation.
To assess histological and patient-reported outcomes of the combination in improving skin texture, tone, and elasticity.
To investigate the role of fractional RF channels as a transdermal delivery mechanism for bioactive stem cell-derived exosomes.
Introduction: Skin aging involves the gradual loss of collagen, elastin, and extracellular matrix integrity, resulting in wrinkles, laxity, and uneven texture. Morpheus8 Burst, a resurfacing fractional RF platform, delivers bipolar radiofrequency energy at multiple controlled depths, creating vertical columns of coagulation and remodeling. ASCE+ (Advanced Stem Cell Exosomes) is a topically applied exosome formulation derived from human adipose stem cells, rich in growth factors, cytokines, and mRNA, designed to support regenerative skin healing.
Combining these modalities harnesses both the mechanical st
Materials / method: Treatment Protocol:
Patients received a single session of Morpheus8 Burst at 10–15 mJ/needle with appropriate depth settings based on skin thickness.
Immediately post-treatment, ASCE+ exosome solution was applied generously to the entire treated area.
Patients continued exosome application twice daily for 5–7 days post-procedure.
Follow-Up:
Follow-up at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 months.
Assessments included standardized photography and patient questionnaire.
Results: Clinical Improvement: 93% of patients showed visible improvement in hair density.
Conclusion: The combination of Morpheus8 Burst and ASCE+ stem cell-derived exosomes offers a synergistic regenerative effect for hair loss.
