Labia majora rejuvenation by plasma gel plus polycaprolactone filler

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of labia majora rejuvenation with a new method by bi-filler {plasma jell) plus polycaprolactone-based filler fallowed PRP.

Introduction: Female external genitalia lose elasticity and volume with age, and start to lose fatty tissue, get wrinkled. This is why many patients seek on some kind of labia majora augmentation and rejuvenation. Currently, lipofilling and hyaluronic acid (HA) based injections are two most popular methods for this purpose. The first is invasive and need operation room and the second one is expensive and both of them absorb rapidly.

Materials / method: This is a prospective single group pilot study that was performed on 20 female patients desiring labia majora rejuvenation. All patients were complained about hypotrophy and hyperpigmentation of the labia majora. After taking written informed consent, they received two sessions of plasma gel plus polycaprolactone (PCL) based filler injections in subcutaneous layer and fallowed by PRP in intradermal layer at the same time in each labia majora at 3-month interval. They were assessed clinically before treatment sessions and at the end of follow-up period (6th month).

Results: All patients showed immediate significant clinical improvement after injection that maintained till the end of follow-up period. This finding was confirmed by significant reduction in the mean values of Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale (WSRS) and significant improvement of skin homogeneity and texture with slightly augmentation and bulking with high Visual Analog Patient Satisfaction Scale (VAS) score. In general, the reported side effects were minimal and transient.

Conclusion: Autologous platelet poor plasma gel injection seems to be a cost-effective, safe, well-tolerated, and minimally invasive technique producing significant aesthetic correction of labia majora wrinkles and augmentation.

procedures to enhance their sexual satisfaction not only for herself
but for her partner as well and to enhance her self-confidence.
A crucial point for any cosmetic procedure is patient counseling and
preoperative preparation from mental perspectives
Many procedures are very common.
As different techniques can be applied to perform different
procedures in addition that non of them is superior

Introduction: explore the interaction of cosmetic gynecology and female sexual
health regarding aesthetic and functional aspects addressing the
evolving perception and motivation and excitement behind cosmetic
procedures.

Materials / method: -method;
Cosmetic surgeries such as
Hodectomy, minor labiaplasty, vaginoplasty and perinorrhaphy can
be performed at the same time and with local anesthesia.
Also, filler injection can be performed to rejuvenate the labia majora
and strengthen the G-spot at the same time

Results: result :
Vaginal vulvo aesthetics forms a social structure that is influenced؛
by the knowledge and skill of the surgeon
And the creation of this beauty, in addition to physical and sexual
health, has an effect on mental health and improving relationships
with partners

Conclusion: conclusion;

selected based on the examination of patients and their detailed
evaluation, the best method for them

A synergistic approach of Labial Fat Grafting with Vaginoplasty for enhanced Genital Aesthetics and function

Objectives: To assess the outcomes of combining labial fat grafting with vaginoplasty as a comprehensive approach for improving genital aesthetics, restoring functionality, and addressing patient concerns related to self-confidence and sexual well-being.

Introduction: Female aging is associated with numerous physical and hormonal changes that impact the entire body, including the external genitalia and vaginal tissues. This leads to thinning of tissues, reduced elasticity, decreased collagen production, and loss of fat volume in the labia majora. Consequently, women may experience vaginal dryness, laxity, sexual dissatisfaction, and aesthetic concerns. These changes often diminish self-confidence and strain intimate relationships. Addressing these concerns through surgical and aesthetic interventions has therefore become an essential aspect of care.

Materials / method: A total of 15 patients underwent combined vaginoplasty and labial fat grafting based on clinical assessments of vaginal laxity and labial skin wrinkling.
1.Vaginoplasty
Vaginal laxity was corrected through reconstructive surgical techniques tailored to address the specific defects identified in each patient.
2.Fat Harvesting
Fat was aspirated from the lower abdominal area using the liposuction technique. The harvested fat was then processed to create micro fat for grafting.
3.Fat Grafting
The purified micro fat was meticulously injected into labia majora to enhance volume and improve contour

Results: Patients reported improved sexual satisfaction along with a rejuvenated and more youthful appearance of the genital area. Additionally, they expressed enhanced self-confidence and high satisfaction with the aesthetic outcomes of the procedure.

Conclusion: Understanding patients’ concerns and raising awareness about available treatment options, including advancements in techniques, provide effective solutions to help women maintain comfort, confidence, and quality of life as they age.
