Safety in breast surgery

Objectives: Even in expert hands the fat grafting is not always place in the right plane in a breast.
The authors thanks the dissections perform at IMCAS world congress are able to explore and share the different accurate plane in order to succeed fat transfer.

Introduction: Fat grafting in the breast is by essence a blind technic.
Knowing the different space and anatomy of the breast can help to its understanding.

Materials / method: Analysis of the different live dissection perform at the IMCAS world congress in Paris at the laboratory of the Surgery School.

Results: We were able to define clear 4 anatomic zones to graft .

Conclusion: Understanding the complex breast scaffold under the skin permits to make it easier and reproductible.
