These modifications includes DNA methylation, histone modifications and small miRNA expression changes, all playing a crucial role in skin homeostasis and aging.
Materials / method: The presentation will introduce research discoveries on microRNAs in orchestrating skin epidermal functions and aging.
Results: Research studies will unveil distinct miRNA expression profiles associated with chronological aging and photoaging, underscoring the impact of both intrinsic factors and environmental insults on skin health
