Introduction: In the filler procedure, the design of injection sites and the method of injection are important. I will present how to improve nasolabial fold with HyaFilia filler.

Materials / method: Live demonstration

Results: After diagnosing the face and designing the area to be treated, the face shape is improved by using safe and effective methods.

Conclusion: A good understanding of facial anatomy and mastering an advanced injection techniques can improve face shape.

Objectives: Explain the intellectual logic and manual practice of Cosmo Peel Forte Peeling.

Introduction: This peel is particular due to the combination of phenol and TCA. But however we remain in the field of medium peels. Phenol is present for its anesthetic contact properties.

Materials / method: To successfully complete this peel, a patient with prepared skin is required to work on uniformly permeable skin, 2 to 3 ml of Cosmo Forte solution are required, a special cotton swab is required, resistant to friction for 20 minutes of use. An application method and a permanent control of the operator are needed not only in the area he is treating, but in other areas previously treated in order to observe the color changes and the appearance of edema. The intensity of the frosting and its persistence are essential informative elements.

Results: The Cosmo Forte makes it possible to obtain the result of a TCA 30% (mass for mass as it should be calculated, and not mass for volume), with a decisive advantage, a very lower sensation of heat and therefore better tolerance by the patient.
This peel removes actinic pigment spots, all or part of actinic keratoses, gives a luminous complexion, removes some fine lines especially on fine skin and stimulates the dermis which will densify and tone up.

Conclusion: Obtaining the results of a good TCA 30 (m/m) with a feeling of reduced and tolerable heat, this makes it easier to offer a real medium peel to more patients.
