Objectives: Critics of exosomes claim we don't know what is contained in them. Multiple methods of analysis show short chain RNAs lipids and peptides identified. Tumor suppressing factors can be used to treat cancer, and anti-inflammatory miRNAs can direct rapid healing and treatment of autoimmune conditions. Derivation of exosomes can influence activity.
